Australian Financial Advocacy Services is dedicated to assisting people who have suffered financial loss through inappropriate, negligent or fraudulent activities. We will advise you on your rights as a client and what compensation you can claim. We assist our clients throughout the complex process of claiming compensation for their losses.

Our consultants have previously been working as qualified licensed financial planners with a combined 55 years of experience in the Financial Planning industry. We understand how the industry works and what is considered good or bad advice.
We currently represent a diverse range of clients in different age groups and from different backgrounds. While the majority of financial planners will do the right thing by their clients, you may have encountered one of the few advisers who is more interested in their own interest rather than yours. They may provide you with advice that is either incompetent, fraudulent, inappropriate or criminal. We understand that you put your trust in your adviser because they were supposed to be the expert and supposed to act in your best interest. We will review your financial circumstances, investigate whether the advice you received was appropriate, who is the responsible entity and assist you to claim for compensation with the correct organisation or relevant authority.
